Thank you Liz, for your lovely comment. As you know, I love quotes and this one I bring out every Christmas:

“Our hearts grow tender with childhood memories and love of kindred, and we are better throughout the year for having, in spirit, become a child again at Christmastime.” Laura Ingalls Wilder

I am delighted that you traveled virtually to the other side of the world to join me in a winter storm, Marina. Merry Christmas and all the very best of this festive season. There are many adventures waiting for us in 2023! BUT – we need to beware of Rupert Valentino!!! YIKES!

Thank you for joining me in a winter storm, Teagan. As you know, I completed your epic journeys, “Dead of Winter” while I was in Ottawa. The snow and the wind were the perfect atmosphere to read this brilliant narrative. Thank you for giving me hours of enjoyment. I am looking forward to the adventures in a new year. 2023 – here we come.

Thank you, Dave, for your heartwarming comments. I have passed your message on to Don and Brian. It was a very cold day and a cold week when we were in Ottawa. But being in the middle of a snowstorm was quite exhilarating. We rarely have snow for Christmas in Vancouver. Imagine our surprise when we returned to a snowstorm and weather warnings in Vancouver, We landed just a few hours before the airport closed. Thank you for an amazing 2022 of conversations, readings, sharing and living with open hearts.

Thank you for this lovely message from Canada’s capital. It looks cold but then I think you had the same weather on the west coast as well. I won’t tell you about basking in the 22C sunshine on Christmas day! Enjoy the season and I look forward to working with you in the New Year. xo

Thank you, Liz. I have passed on your encouraging comment to Brian. Thank you for an amazing year 2022. I look forward to all the conversations that will be happening in 2023. I feel like we are on a grand adventure, together – intrepid explorers. I think of the quotes from The Fellowship of the Rings:

“The wide world is all about you: you can fence yourselves in, but you cannot for ever fence it out.” J.R.R. Tolkien, The Fellowship of the Ring

Thank you, Dan for your Christmas greeting. The rain has come to Vancouver and most of the snow has melted away. But it was fun while it lasted. I am looking forward to our conversations in 2023. Life is a grand adventure.
