I am joined by my sister, Sarah and my mother Frances as we consider the gift of time. How do we honour the moments that have been given? What tools can we use to achieve the best possible outcome for living a full and productive life.

Thank you, Liz for your amazing support and encouragement. You have truly made this day memorable for me. I continue to learn about how to use a mic, how to keep the discussion on topic and timely. I am trying to keep to the “less is more” theory. Do you remember that saying “priming the pump.” It was an old phrase that signified starting a discussion to spark an idea, memory or insight in others so that they join the conversation. We live in a world that has all the power and technology to connect, but a meaningful experience comes from a genuine desire to increase our understanding via a lens of others. Looking forward to our ongoing dialogue.
